ConnectBoards Terms of Service
Last updated: 15th April 2026These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by ConnectBoards Ltd (“ConnectBoards”, “we”, “us”, “our”).By purchasing ConnectBoards hardware or subscribing to the ConnectBoards service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.1. Service Overview
ConnectBoards provides technology that connects physical property boards to online property listings using QR codes and NFC interactions.The service includes:- Link routing
- Listing management
- Basic analytics reporting2. Hardware
ConnectBoards may supply physical boards (“ConnectBoards”) used to access the service.Boards must be paid for before production begins.
Hardware purchases are non-refundable once production has started.
Clients are responsible for installation unless installation is provided as part of a pilot arrangement.
ConnectBoards is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation.
All hardware becomes the responsibility of the client once delivered.
ConnectBoards is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to boards after delivery.3. Subscription Plans
Access to link routing, analytics and link management is provided through monthly subscription plans.Available plans include:- Starter – up to 5 boards (per branch)
- Growth – up to 10 boards (per branch)
- Pro – unlimited boards (per branch, subject to fair use)Each subscription applies to a single estate agency branch location.
A separate subscription is required for each additional branch using the service.
Use across multiple branches under a single subscription is not permitted unless agreed in writing.
Subscriptions begin once boards are activated and linked to a live listing.4. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting ConnectBoards at [email protected].
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the service.
ConnectBoards reserves the right to disable or redirect links associated with inactive or unpaid subscriptions.5. Fair Use
Plans that include “unlimited” features are subject to reasonable use.These features are intended for normal operational use by estate agency branches.ConnectBoards reserves the right to review, limit, or suspend usage that is excessive, abusive, or outside normal commercial use.6. Acceptable Use
Clients must not use ConnectBoards to:- Link to illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
- Promote fraudulent or misleading property listings.
- Breach advertising standards or property regulations.Clients are responsible for ensuring that all destination URLs are accurate, lawful, and up to date.ConnectBoards reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where misuse occurs.7. Service Availability
ConnectBoards relies on third-party infrastructure and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.Temporary interruptions may occur due to:- Maintenance
- Third-party outages
- Technical issues outside our control8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectBoards Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.Total liability relating to the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to ConnectBoards in the three months preceding the claim.9. Changes to Service
ConnectBoards may update features, pricing, or these Terms from time to time.Where changes materially affect the service, reasonable notice will be provided.10. Governing Law
